From first using the Chaise Longue Company’s website to taking delivery of my furniture everything was fantastic. The website was clear and easy to use. I reached out by phone too and Adam was always a pleasure to deal with. Advice was offered, samples sent promptly and ordering was simple. Delivery itself was well organised and communication about the delivery was exemplary. The 2 delivery guys were polite and friendly and observed COVID guidelines. We love our new Chaise. It is exactly what we were expecting and beautifully made. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Use them. They are fab.
