Service was excellent, i.e. prompt and accurate. Vacuum was ordered on Sunday (cheapest available online) and delivered by Tuesday afternoon. Changing delivery address was not problem - sales assistant was friendly and helpful. Only two minor points: (a) delivery for items above a certain amount (eg. £150) should be free; and (b) was expecting item to come in packaging (e.g. brown paper or cardboard box) rather than just the manufacturer's packaging. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Needed new Vac and decided to buy Which? Best Buy Miele Cat & Dog. Google search came up with e4electricals.com as best price.Order made on Thursday evening and delivered Monday. No problems, no damage and Vac works a treat. Encouraging to see that this online retailer has the stock to back up their offer.

Was let down by John Lewis and city link when ordering a miele vacum cleaner. Went on line and found this site with the item twenty five quid cheaper. Phoned the company to see if I could get next day delivery (it was a Friday). Spoke to someone really helpful who said if I ordered it on line he would watch for my order and put if forward for next day delivery (Sat) but could not guarantee it as they had been let down in the past by deliver companies and as such they did not offer Saturday deliveries. He was just really honest and helpful, didn't promise the earth but said he would try to help. Went ahead with the order, the delivery company let me down but e4 had put if forward for a Sat delivery, which was really helpful. I still got it quicker and cheaper that John Lewis, despite paying JL a premium for express delivery and ordering it a day before e4. Just liked their customer service, really nice and helpful.

I have never had such excellent service from any firm. I got the best price for the vacuum cleaner that I wanted. I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it was delivered at noon on Tuesday, how,s that for service. The tracking service is fantastic, I could almost tell everytime someone picked the parcel up. How refreshing in these "couldn,t care less days"

The price quoted was the cheapest that I could find for the particular vacuum cleaner that I wanted. The communication regarding the progress of the order was almost excessive. I almost got an e-mail every time the goods moved a few feet in the warehouse! I ordered one afternoon, and delivery arrived the following afternoon. Brilliant!

I have never received such efficient and outstanding service. Ordering process was simple, clean and quick. Email updates as to order status, dispatch and then tracking number were great.
