This cleaner was the best bargain I have found for a long time. I have had one for 20 years which still works as well as the day I bought it but it is looking a bit tatty now so I decided to treat myself to a new one. It looks almost the same as it did then if a little more streamlined but is much more powerful and it is funny when the mats leave the floor if you forget to turn the power down. I would strongly recommend the Miele Cat and Dog even if you have no pets as it will clean everything in your home effortlessly and quickly. Thank you E4

I was surprised at how quick the order was processed and to receive an email to say it had been dispatched. In addition I received a final email to say it had been delivered. Great service from the company. The only comment I would make is the parcel had been dropped during the delivery. The reason I know this is that the polystirene surrounding the iron had done its job but had split in 3 places, the outer packing was damaged but not Tefals own box containg the iron.
