they refuse to solve the problem. They send me a not working product and refuse to send a correct one. will not use this website ever again and I will encourage my friend to do the same. The allegedly pharmacist offer to take back the product manage the product and eventually send it back to me!! So what? I should use medicine manipulated by an unknown and clearly unprofessional person? How stupid you must be to offer this kind of solution?

Service was quick and efficient, save for one point: I asked the delivery company (DPD) to re-direct to a local post office and it was still delivered to my house.

Paid for a consultation which was approved I paid for and ordered my prescription which on the website says if ordered before 2pm is delivered next day. My order still says processing I ordered before 2pm but still nothing it’s not even been dispatched yet. I only used the site as it said fast service which it isn’t. I paid £70 i emailed customer service but the reply they sent to me didn’t answer my question which was simply where is my prescription ? The answer they gave me was like they hadn’t read my email at all like an automated reply. £70 paid and no idea if or when I will get the prescription. Not impressed
