Super easy service. Ordered Wednesday night arrived Friday. NHS prescription still not ready after 16 days.

Can't fault the service exclent I use it again

Private Doc once i placed my order on line & consultation i still called the contact number because i wanted reassurance i submitted correctly . The Staff Communicated within a professional but friendly manner taken time to listen & offered reassurance regarding the process & advice given regarding consultation & after Doctor approval - before delivery .Recommend all above mentioned Private Doc -Thankyou

Didn't read the information I gave correctly and just prescribed me the exact thing I told them had previously not worked. Also complained that the photos I sent were blurry but the website did not show a preview of them prior to sending. Also told me they would not give me steroid cream but I had clearly stated the problem I had was a result of using steroid cream, not that I wanted it. Also website kept telling me to log in and complete my diagnosis forms even though I had and also paid Finally after all this they want a further £45 From me. What an absolute joke.

Why can't all of these online doctors be as straightforward as Privatedoc? No, messing around, efficient appropriate grilling with a positive outcome. Other companies, Health Express, etc want full-length photos of you! That might be ok for people who splash themselves all over social media, but alas some of us have and demand more decorum.
