Fast delivery, brilliant quality products

Ordered a quilted hoodie for winter work. They sent a midweight (clearly not what I ordered). Refused to explain their mix up and insisted I had ordered the one they sent, despite it being almost £10 cheaper than the one I paid for! Customer services extremely unhelpful and reluctant to sort either a replacement or a refund. It took 10 emails with patronising replies and a fight to get my order refunded which ended up being in 3 separate payments as they tried to charge ME for returning the item THEY incorrectly supplied! AND no hint of an apology or explanation throughout! Clearly only want to deal with large orders and have no interest in helping the individual buyer. NOT RECOMMEND ED!! I will NEVER shop with MI Supplies again

Very pleased with my item, it was a gift for my partner, when it arrived it was even better quality than it appeared on the description. Lots of handy hidden pockets for securing cash, keys etc, Double lined with jersey on the outside and padding for extra warmth inside. I got a size XL as my partner is 6ft 3inch so needs a hoodie with generous body length, to ensure it keeps the cold out. I would recommend this item to anyone wanting something that is more than a hoodie but more casual than a jacket. Purchased the grey it has maintained its superb quality after many washes. I also purchased a beanie wooden hat same quality and was a great fit on quite a large size head. Thank you carhart I will be purchasing more items.
