United Kingdom | 04 December 2023I order sweets for part of my business, as I have an etsy, bigcartel and also take part in markets/fares. I have ordered from both wholesalesweets and wholesalesweetsUK (there is a difference!). When ordering from wholesalesweetsUK, the reviews are correct in that it takes 2-3weeks minimum to receive your order from an amazon delivery guy, and the sweets generally are almost expired (in date, but 3-6months from expiry). When ordering from wholesalesweets, I have received my order always in 2 days from DPD. The sweets are in date unless you purchase shortdated ones (but you will know that when purchasing as its in the title when ordering). Just wanted to put my 2cents out there, as when I began adding sweets in my orders I also had trouble distinguishing the two and the reviews were worrying, but it's clear to me now there is nothing to worry about other than 1 takes longer than the other and people get them mixed up! Wholesalesweets doesn't deserve the rep it gets since the other company is way slower with delivery lmao.

I sent an email only to get an auto response that they don’t work weekends. I travel Saturday evening and I have no way of reaching them. My order number is 2000134789

I had an email to say that my order was cancelled the day after. So I rung you up. I then got told to reorder. As I reordered dime bars were added instead of what I actually ordered. I then rung back to cancel that order to order what I originally ordered again and u were out of stock. I placed an order which amounted to nearly £90 for 3 packs of carmac. When I ordered your system stated you had 21 left in stock. Next day got told the order was cancelled as it was refused by the company. I am very disappointed and hope that the fact that they have been discontinued does not result in your companyselling them at inflated prices thike everyone else.

I’m yet to receive a dispatch mail and phone number not answered since Monday. I need the sweets for Thursday 19/10/23.I think I’ve been scammed!!

United Kingdom | 04 October 2023Disgraceful ‘business’. DO NOT order from these thieves. My recently widowed and grieving grandmother placed an order on September 6th. On September 9th she received an email stating the order could not be fulfilled. It is now October 3rd, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of this company. Nobody ever replies to emails or answers the phone. We were promised a refund on the same day on 19th September, when somebody finally did answer the phone (and they took my grandmothers bank account details) and still no refund. Absolutely disgraceful. As I’ve tried all other avenues with no success, I have lodged a complaint with Trading Standards today. If by any miracle the company see this, the order ID is #130524 Do the right thing and refund my grieving grandmother immediately.

United Kingdom | 30 September 2023Terrible experience with this company. Ordered 4 trays of flavoured water. Only one tray was the correct item. Emailed them where I was offered a 25% refund (odd as 75% of the order was incorrect 🤔). Offered to repack wrong items if they organised collection. Full refund offered but never came to fruition and they just stopped answering emails. Very poor customer service especially how expensive life is at the minute. Wrong items given to those in more need. I will not be using this company again. I only ask that people are respectful and do as they say to avoid wasted time and energy. Appalling customer service sadly.
