United Kingdom | 24 January 2017Did not get full delivery. Showed 2 shipments. When queried if other shipment was coming they said something about moving stock. This did not answer my question if i was getting second delivery. They ignored me asking questions on online chat. Then said this was not a ref no and ended call. (Hung up on me). When I phoned and queried the delivery and confusion over shipments and that the online help chat advice hung up on me and this was not very good customer service. I pretty much got well that's your problem we don't need you. I said to lady that is not very good sales. They just don't care. Extremely bad service! Will never buy from again

United Kingdom | 29 May 2013Placed an order with UKsweets at quite a high value and had a terrible experience: When I received it, it was all packed one item to a box so we received a stupid amount of boxes. Bags of sweets were split and taped back together meaning we couldn't sell them. Items were out of stock even though in stock on their website. Boxes were damaged so items we had sold in bulk had to be repackaged in our warehouse to avoid disappointing our customers (see, that's good customer service on our part!) Sent items that had 1-2 months on the best before date meaning we have to either reduce them or sell them in bulk. If you look around you can find the items a lot cheaper and with better stock levels. Overall, it may be the worst experience we have had with a wholesaler. Having met them at IFE13 we assumed they would be a good company to work with... Obviously not! I will not be ordering from this company again, their customer service is ridiculous and their products can be found cheaper elsewhere. Do yourself a favour, don't buy from UKSweets.
