Eddy - absolutely fantastic. Emergency call to Carpetfresh after my husband spilt a glass of red wine on our brand new wool carpet. I then proceeded to scrub it to death with washing liquid (you should never do this by the way). I was ready to be single for Christmas……. Anyway - crisis averted - Eddy rescued the carpet with proper industrial and careful rinsing followed by specific cleaning for red wine stains. Would highly recommend. Eddy - your number is saved in my phone for the next time my clumsy husband ruins one of our carpets…..

I booked Carpet Fresh Northeast to clean my stairs and landing carpet. I was totally amazed how well they came up. I have had them down for 16 years and thought they needed replacing. They have come up like new. The Team was punctual, courteous and value for money. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely over the moon with the service provided by the Carpet Fresh team. The stair carpet and landing have probably been in the house since it was first built. we have lived here 7 years and have never had the stairs cleaned properly.....we thought that they were probably way past the best and wouldn't be able to be cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised and slightly embarrassed to see how filthy they were, but so impressed with how clean they are now. Excellent service turned up on time and gave instant quote, followed up with email and attended apt on time on date stated. Cleaned carpets which were filthy with 3 large dogs and amazed how clean he got them and how quickly they dried. Will use again and recommend.

What an absolute master this man is at his craft. I had a large sofa needed a good freshen up to say the least. Living with pissy kids etc I didn’t think the sofa could be brought back to virtually brand new. The products he uses they smell of total delight. For the price, the aftershave Stevie wears and how quick the job was done plus how good the sofa looks again. Win win situation and he will definitely be coming back to clean the pissy carpets.
