I did get a refund after putting a poor review on Trustpilot. The tablets rely on psychological perception and will not actually help. Save your money..

I have been suffering from creeping rheumatism in my back and knees for some years and mornings getting stiffer and stiffer. Going downstairs one knee had a sort of glitch making holding onto the rail a very prudent move and I would take Ibruprofen before any important day or activity.
