Bit sceptical about supplements etc but as I was on a lot of pain with my knee and hip thought I'd give it a go. Pleasantly surprised at how much better my knee is, can now walk much further without pain , hopefully this will improve in the coming months .

I have used Protect and Perfom for 3 months and have just received some more because I am sure that it is working really well for me. The prostate is behaving and I am having no toilet problems. Two pills a day does the trick!

I ordered a three month supply of Activ 8 Joint Complete at a cost of £135.00 because I was, and still am, experiencing problems with my knee joints. I have been taking the capsules for nearly two months and I can honestly say I have felt no improvement in my knee joints. The claims made for this product indicate that I should see a noticeable improvement by this point. They were wrong. There is no way I could recommend this product to anyone, especially at the price charged.

The second order of the supplements delayed by almost a month. Called them and the lady that answered the phone hang up on me. Called them again and Sam answered the call. Had to tell her about her college's behaviour and she didn’t really care much too. They charge you for the subscription and then they tell you there will still be delays. Surely they should make sure there is enough supply for the subscribers to receive their supplements on time. Very disappointed.

Have have arthritis in my wrists but since taking these tablets for a month my pain has gone!!cannot believe it, so ive ordered some for my partner for his sore knees. I would defo recommend these tablets.

The capsules seem to be working well so pleased at the moment. But not sure if I can afford to buy anymore

It's early days but after a couple of weeks taking the product, I am having to get up at night less frequently and my sleep has been much better as a result

I haven’t yet finished my first 30 day supply, but have noticed that I’m taking fewer painkillers and not hearing as much crunching, grating and popping in my joints. I’m optimistic and have ordered a further 3 bottles

Have arthritis in both hips and base of spine. After a fortnight of taking the capsules the pain in my left hip eased. Mobility was a bit easier adding to the benefit of my targeted exercises. I am still stiff for first ten minutes of a walk. Hopefully will improve.

The product came very quick. I have noticed that I have less aches and pains and that I can walk further without my knee protesting too much. Hopefully the knee pain will go completely. Also good quality ingredients.

Getting out of bed on less occasions Has been almost life changing to a great extent. Certainly Tamulosin was doing me no good at all. At the last prostrate sizing I was told it it was a normal size for my age. Which gave me a feeling of relief. However the numerous trips to the toilet did not improve and got worse. Until of course I found " Protect + Perform: Prostate Relief" That changed everything and my sleep time has improved tremendously.

After only one week I felt some relief. I had been buying creams to put on my knee every morning but now I don’t need them. My knee isn’t painful any longer. Thank you so much.

Tablets easy to take and so far seem to make a small amount of difference to knee pain.
