When I reached out two weeks later to cancel and request a refund for the remaining 11 months—especially since we hadn’t used the tool for the past six months—they refused. Their policy only allows refunds within seven days of the charge, which feels extremely rigid and unfair. Disappointing experience!

Toen ik ruim een uur niet reageerde, omdat ik niet had begrepen dat ik meteen volop beschikbaar moest zijn voor training via chat. Werd ik uitgescholden voor t*f en nog meer van dat en dat ik respectloos ben. Weet niet hoe ze omgaan met personeel, maar ik heb Anne meteen geblokkeerd. Vind dit echt niet kunnen. Wees duidelijk in wat je verwacht en sorry, maar meteen gaan schelden en iemand zwart maken vind ik echt niet kunnen.

This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.

All communication is sent via text messaging/Whatsapp, they seem friendly and supportive, but it ended up being a big waste of time. The work involves just clicking automated 5-star reviews for random products as a 'Data Generation User'. I was contacted via text message from someone claiming to be from Reed, which I foolishly thought was the employment agency I had recently contacted. Please avoid.
