When I reached out two weeks later to cancel and request a refund for the remaining 11 months—especially since we hadn’t used the tool for the past six months—they refused. Their policy only allows refunds within seven days of the charge, which feels extremely rigid and unfair. Disappointing experience!

No transparency regarding what categories are supported and unsupported for the product research function. We purchased a monthly plan just to find out that they had zero analytics on books, the category of our product.

Ik had gesolliciteerd om te werken voor Jungle Scout. Ik ben niet eens begonnen met de werkzaamheden. Toen ik ruim een uur niet reageerde, omdat ik niet had begrepen dat ik meteen volop beschikbaar moest zijn voor training via chat. Werd ik uitgescholden voor t*f en nog meer van dat en dat ik respectloos ben. Weet niet hoe ze omgaan met personeel, maar ik heb Anne meteen geblokkeerd. Vind dit echt niet kunnen. Wees duidelijk in wat je verwacht en sorry, maar meteen gaan schelden en iemand zwart maken vind ik echt niet kunnen.

The dashboard has not worked for us for months now. It should actually show the performance at article and account level. This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.

I paid more than 50$ but very limited version

Pretends to offer online work, provides 'training' which involved a 'very rare' incident which earned me extra commission, only to find out an hour and a half later that I would have to invest my own money in order to meet the minimum requirements to move on to the next task in order to make more money. All communication is sent via text messaging/Whatsapp, they seem friendly and supportive, but it ended up being a big waste of time. The work involves just clicking automated 5-star reviews for random products as a 'Data Generation User'. I was contacted via text message from someone claiming to be from Reed, which I foolishly thought was the employment agency I had recently contacted. Please avoid.
