The process went very quickly. We met with a wonderful salesperson who helped us find the right product and within one month, the product was installed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BLINDS!!! JADA BRENNER was wonderful as the designer/consultant who came to show me samples, measure, quote my project, generally representing Stoneside in a positive way. ALAN ANDERSON installed my blinds efficiently & professionally, answering all questions along the way & spending as much time as I needed to learn how the motorized blinds work with the remote. Every Stoneside employee or representative I came in contact with (whether on the phone or in person) was polite, professional & knowledgeable & I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone for their window treatments.

I usually do not leave reviews but my experience with Stoneside was exceptional. Jason was a very professional design consultant. He explained everything in great detail, presented me with options that fit my home, and allowed me to choose what I wanted without pressuring me like a salesman. Brandon was great as well. He installed my shades on time and efficiently and even came back to my home afterward to fix a small issue that I had. Very happy with Stoneside and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Joe was prompt, extremely efficient, very knowledgeable as well as friendly and personable. Today’s installation went very well and Joe provided valuable instruction action on operation and maintenance. Amanda our sales representative was equally prompt and efficient and offered excellent information on design!

We went all in with the options. Our house now has automated blinds that can be controlled from our phones. It’s very cool. Installation was a breeze. And the one problem we had was fixed by their awesome and friendly employee, Anthony.

Designer was great and helped me pick out the perfect fabric. Window shades arrived ahead of schedule. Installer was fast and efficient and a pleasure to have in the office! We are extremely pleased with the new shades.

The whole experience with Stoneside has been great! We had some very large daunting windows to decide on new coverings for. Rebecca offered loads of information and suggestions during our consultation. She was in contact during the entire process. They arrived ahead of schedule. Edgardo and team was quick, professional, and communicative throughout the measuring and install process.

Melanie was the sales person and she was great. She was patient, listen to what we had to say about what we wanted, and did several design plans to get to where we needed to be.
