Both of the people from Stoneside with whom I interacted were friendly and informative. Justin, the installer, was careful, completed the work quickly, and did a great job. James, the design consultant, was thorough and answered all of my questions.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Tiffini was awesome, she made selection easy, fast with a great eye for detail. Charles measured everything and did a great job so when John installed everything fit perfect. Everyone was on time and communicative. John was very neat and respectful of condo.

Ryan did a fabulous job installing our shades in our new condo. We had used him before at our old house and we knew be would do a great job again. Jason was helpful when it came to picking out replacement shades that I needed for different areas of our condo. I would definitely recommend Stoneside.

The service and technician was exemplary. We are extremely satisfied with the product with one exception, as follows. The original adjustment chain was not stainless steel and subsequently rusted to the point of being noisy. We avoided use for fear of it breaking, allowing for no adjustment. This part of Virginia is very humid most of the time and that should be a consideration at the time of installation: stainless steel being the solution. This. Jason did a great job guiding us on the best choice for our home. We don’t know much about design, but he was patient and helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. When it came to installation, Brandon was on time, friendly, and did a great job. He stuck around to make sure we looked at all the windows and made sure they all functioned properly and were installed correctly. We compared several options before making our decision but we are glad we went with Stoneside!

Amazing customer service. We called on a Saturday when our large bedroom shade 'sprung'. Within minutes, we got a call back from customer support, offering us a repair call within a few days. Our repair person was timely, efficient, and friendly and repaired in no time.

They were professional, kind and courteous right from the beginning. Anna (designer), Carlos (measurement person) and Edgardo (installer) were all amazing. It felt like every person that came in the house cared about the customer experience and quality of work. Even the customer service staff (Caleb) was very helpful in scheduling and resolving any issues. I had a challenge where an incorrect blind was installed and they immediately acted on it and fixed it - all with kindness and concern. We bought an 18yo house in 2020. When the cord on a bedroom shade broke in 2022, I called Stoneside. The new shades we got for both bedroom windows are a great match for our walls. When the vertical shade on our 3-panel sliding glass door gave out recently, we didn't think twice about who to call. Melanie and Joe did a great job both times helping us find a good material, color, etc. and then installing the new shades and taking away the old ones. The next time we have window covering issues, I know you who we'll call!

We love our blinds but more importantly we move the team that helped us get there. James helped us pick the absolute best match for our house could not have done it without him. Products were delivered several weeks early and Dustin installed them seamlessly the whole experience from communication to delivery was exceptional.
