United States | 13 March 2024I barely use this thing! I feel like I was misled into this purchase. Rokid talks a good game. They claim the virtual screen is 200" or larger (I don't remember the exact size) but when using the glasses & overlaying the screen against my 65" TV, the screen is SMALLER! I bought this SPECIFICALLY for the screen size & potential entertainment possibilities. The screen, minus the lack of hugeness, is awesome to look at, but it isn't the promised size. Also, the built-in speakers are drowned out by surrounding noise. My wife will be watching TV & I can't hear what I'm watching while lying in bed next to her. I was told that I can't return them so I feel like Rokid got me for $419. Then they announce an upgraded, pro version of the glasses. Now I feel like they got me for an obsolete version of the product. Don't buy this!

Switzerland | 13 March 2024I do use Rokid on my Samsung smartphone and it is good - but not so ideal on Computer. The borders are not fully clear/visible within normal resolution (not extreme large resolution). Also on computer it is not very "easy" to allocated correctly the glasses to have the best "view" to desktop. But cool on Smartphone. I would like to see more DEVICES compatible with Rokid. Thanks

United States | 12 March 2024Comfortable and lightweight. They provide a greatly immersive experience and are nice to relax with. Unfortunately I have a phone thats not compatible with the app, so am unable to use some of the features. There also seems to be some issues with using the glasses with usb hubs or other adapters. Some extra accessories that supported the glasses and cable would be nice.

Australia | 12 March 2024I ordered my Rokid MAX in May 2023. Every product I've ordered arrived swiftly and safely. I trust Rokid staff 100%. I use my Rokid MAX and Station about 2-3 hours a day, eveyday. I hardly ever use my TV nowadays. Rokid had redefined my lifestyle and choices. The Rokid online communities have been the most engaging and consumer-oriented social platforms I've experienced. I would never hesitate to recommend Rokid products to any genuine buyers.

Japan | 12 March 2024Could it be improved? Yes. Is it worth the money without improvements? Yes I have a fold 4 and have purchased the official wireless adapter, the goovis wireless adapter the hub and countless usb splitters to try and get the perfect setup. And the setup I use the most is the mini hub and a Anker battey pack. I have the station and it's a good side thing if I don't have battery in my phone to spare. Main uses are Samsung dex, with plex for streaming tv, and steam link with a ps5 controller for gaming. A Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for doing work. And xrai glass for real world subtitles I have used the rokid app, and preferred dex. Even xrai is better on its main app. Because head tracking items leave the screen and or the lower frame rate of xrai on rokid makes it jumpy. I have used the rokid on a iphone and on a Sony phone with wireless display. It's not bad. Really good for long trips. I am a American living in Japan and I bought the rokid max with my own money. I own the rokid air and nreal air (xreal) and prefer the rokid max for audio and video. The rokid air is the most comfortable glasses. And the nreal xreal air diggs into my head when waring it. I miss the nreal airs nose piece. But value the ability to inset lenses. The glasses are amazing and I can't wait to see what is next. But until then I will rock my rokids

United States | 12 March 2024The Rokid Max are great pair of glasses they can make some improvements with the interface. The joy pack remotes battery dies quick with no usage. Overall they are great but I would like to see an improvement with the interface with more apps and games. Also adding a better remote interface on the phone would help and for some reason on the physical remote the mic dosent work for YouTube.

United States | 12 March 2024I’ve read a few reviews most of which are negative and my experience is no different. I really enjoyed the device in the beginning. That was after 4 months of the device working, although there were glitches. I prodded on until everything stopped working. Today nothing works. I’ve contacted the manufacturer, who is in China. At my request they replaced the HDMI cable. It came today ( 3/11/24 ). That was not the problem. I don’t think the glasses are the problem, I think it is the station. When I hook the glasses up to my iPad with the USB-C chord the glasses come on and reflect the image on the iPad screen. Again, when connecting the glasses to the station I only get a flicker of a picture on the glasses and a blank screen and that’s it. The blue light and the battery lights on the station remain on, but no picture. In short, along with the other complaints I’ve read, I give this product a resounding thumbs down. I have reached out to the manufacturer asking them to replace the station. Let’s see what they do to stand behind their product.

United States | 12 March 2024Rokid never was mentioned in the pre-sale that these are not compatible with Pixel phones, so I spent $500+ on a paperweight. Worst purchase ever, and Rokid's customer support never acknowledged my request for a refund. They just kept sending me to instruction manuals I followed exactly and it still didn't connect. To make things worse, this isn't even wireless like they present on websites. It has to be wired to your phone. False advertising for sure. But the worse part is that I have submitted several 1 star reviews on their website and they will not post them. I won't be surprised if this review doesn't post either, as they actively want to hide these shortcomings from potential buyers. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT purchase these!

United States | 12 March 2024Make no mistake, this is a NEARLY perfect product. Overall, I'm very happy with it, BUT it comes with one major caveat: You can't adjust the viewing angle. What this means specifically is that without the ability to independently tilt/adjust the pitch of the viewing area, the screen can be cut off from sight (in my case, the bottom portion). This is very unfortunate and seems like a no-brainer, but here we are. One the arms are set on your ears and the nosepieces are in place, the viewing area is locked in place. A simple adjustment hinge or similar mechanic would easily alleviate this because not everyone's faces and heads are identical in geometry. It's my hope that the manufacturer might recall these glasses and fix them...or maybe devise an add-on piece that can address this issue. Minimally, this issue MUST be addressed for future incarnations of this product. Otherwise, these glasses work as described. The image is clear, the sound is decent (could be a little louder), and they're generally comfortable.

Canada | 09 March 2024I purchased the Rokid Max along with its accompanying Rokid Station. While the Rokid Glass seamlessly pairs with my Samsung smartphone, I've encountered issues with certain applications within the Rokid VR app. Apart from YouTube, other apps fail to function properly. There have been persistent connectivity issues with the Rokid Station. Initially, it worked fine, but later on, issues arose such as the Glass displaying no signal when the power button is pressed, indicated by a change from blue to green light. Despite lengthy interactions with customer service to replace the connecting cable and Rokid Station, the problems persist. It appears to be a combination of hardware and software issues. Additionally, the absence of the Netflix app when using the Rokid Station is notable. Until these issues are resolved, I would not recommend purchasing the Rokid Glass.

Canada | 09 March 2024I made an earlier purchase of these products not realizing that my phone was not compatible. As soon as I realized I cancelled my order and was promptly refunded. I upgraded my phone to Samsung S20 FE which was compatible and re-ordered. Shipping was prompt. My main use is for watching 3D movies and I am completely satisfied. Use as a large screen monitor would require a blue tooth keyboard and mouse in my opinion. The HUB works as expected but unfortunately it does not fit if you use a protective case. This could be fixed if the usb conector could be made adjustable so it could be slid forward.

Norway | 08 March 2024Its ok, but 2 much light comes in at the sides. Must use in a dark room. Cant realy use them on plane, because you cant use bluetooth earbuds 2 cancel airplane noise. So you cant hear the movie.

Spain | 08 March 2024Do not forget that these are not VR glasses; they only project a screen in front of you.** I reserved a kit of glasses + Rokid station, and the waiting time was long, with little information about their status. Even after receiving them, my order status did not update on the purchase website. They are uncomfortable for me around the nose and seem designed for people of Asian descent. I have to use them without an adapter, and the plastic is slightly sharp. This seems to be a common issue for European and American buyers. The glasses have a dark area on the sides and are impossible to adjust with the diopter regulator. It is not possible to focus the entire visible area at once. Other than that, in terms of visual quality, they are better than the first-generation Sony PlayStation VR glasses, but I believe the technology still needs further refinement.
