The Big Stub website was easy to use. I received several reminders of my event. And though I had never used Google Wallet, the process was explained well and worked great!

I just think you guys need to improve on parking what should of took us 38 minutes it took over 2 hours and it was due to traffic for parking maybe two lanes to get in and more police to direct

I bought my tickets for Hamilton but then checked to see if BigStub was legit. So many 1 star reviews made me think I'd been scammed. But my tickets were sent early and worked on the day of the show. More expensive than if I bought directly but so grateful things worked out
