Good system, but a service fee that costs almost as much as a $69 ticket plus another $10 email delivery fee is just ridiculous.

I purchased 2 tickets for a March 11 Jay Leno performance in Greenville exactly one year ago. In November, I emailed BiGStub to find out when I would receive the e tickets and they said we would receive them closer to the time. Approximately two weeks before the event,I started calling and chatting with the company to get the status. They said we would have them within 24 hours of the performance. The day of the performance, we travelled two hours to Greenville and checked into a hotel ($450) and still no tickets. 4 hours before the performance I’m told they have until 5:00 to send them. Then, 3 hours before the performance, I received an email saying the event was cancelled…..only it wasn’t…..just my tickets were cancelled! So after waiting a year, traveling 2 hours, and paying for a hotel, we find out at the last minute that BIG Stub is cancelling us. Yes, they are refunding the ticket price but what about all the inconvenience and unnecessary hotel expense? What a scam! Why couldn’t they have “cancelled” us before the last minute? Well, I’m cancelling BiGStub I will NEVER buy tickets to any event through this company and will tell everyone I know not to trust them as well. This was a very disappointing and expensive experience. Shame on you BigStub!

Only way to describe it is “awesome, incredible, fantastic”. Actors were so great. Costuming and sets were unbelievably superb. Will have the memories for a very long time!

I received my tickets sooner that expected. I thought I had not received them and called the toll free telephone number. The lady who assisted me explained that I had received them, but had not acknowledged. She was very patient with me and we found the receipt of ticket notification and she stayed with me until I downloaded ticketmaster and had my tickets. I am 76 so you know patience isn't my virtue with technology. I don't remember her name, but I know she lives in Ga. Many thanks to her again! (It was my daughter's birthday and I was taking her to see "The Lion King". She is an RN and the last 2 years have been a hectic nightmare for her so I thought this would be a very good relaxing treat! She thoroughly enjoyed it.)
