Hi, Yesterday I have placed an order of Alphanso mangoes, set of 12 pieces. It was charged rs 1499. I paid and money got debited but order was not confirmed. So I re-paid and my bad!! Again money got debited with no order confirmation. So I lost rs3000 with no orders and now I am trying to reach out to them in all ways possible but in vain. The customer care number is fraud. On more complaint number number i got but even that is invalid. Such unprofessional and unethical business people. You think this is the way to earn money??? Pathetic service.

Disgusting service. They don’t deserve even a single star non so ever. Really ripped me off. I have bought a set of 5 Rakhis,a cake with Kaju Katli and 12 fresh red roses total was only $54.30 but they have charged me $69 Australian dollars and delivered only a small cake with 4 pieces of Kaju katli, only 1 Rakhi and 4 red roses. What a rip off.... Wasted my money and I am completely disgusted. Shame on you... you don’t care about people’s money and their emotions. SHAME ON YOU I will never buy anything from you and definitely I will tell As many people as I can not to use your services.

I have used Gifts2India multiple times to send flowers to people in India and they always do a great job delivering them on time.

I am very satisfied from their services and product's quality. Everything was delivered at right time along with amazing printed birthday card with my personal message on it. That was superb!! I would love to use their services again and again in future and also would highly recommend to others. I really appreciate their work.

The website shows you no updates so if you are the person who order the gift from overseas on a specific occasion, you will always be worried I hope they deliver my order....a day later you get an email that your order has been delivered but if they start using better technology & keep you updated with your order would be much better...other than my order was perfectly fine....the cake was very yummy & spongy...

This company used to be good but lately have been slacking big time service and on top of that have an attitude when file an issue. Ordered a cake 2 days in advance of the delivery date with clear instructions, Deliver the cake before 12 noon. The boy called at 8.30 PM at night promising to deliver the cake in 2 hours i.e. 10.30 PM. When questioned, hers is the response I got from Gifts2India," For mothers day and due to very hot temperature all delivery specially cake delivery starts after evening hours ( despite my instructions to deliver the cake before 12 noon). So as per terms of perishable items we will consider the order as delivered." Instead of apologizing for the mess up, they want "their cake and eat it too." Oh, did I mention that cake was for Mother's day and my mother is 88 years old and this company wanted to deliver the cake to a 88 years old lady close to middle of the night, go figure. You have been warned, stay away from this company. There are better and more reasonable companies who deliver better, courteous service at a reasonable price.

Placed an order for delivery (Roses, Card and Cake) on the 22nd of December for Christmas wishes in advance. The order was not delivered fully and I didn't really understand the reason why. The roses and cake were delivered on the 22nd and the Christmas card was not delivered. The cake was pathetic quality as well. Moreover, today is the the 28th of December and the "Merry Christmas" card has still not been delivered by gifts2indionline's appalling service. I will definitely not be using this service again...ever. You have been warned and I would highly recommend to use someone else to avoid disappointment, shock and shame.
