Hi All, I had a very bad experience with gifts2india online , i have mentioned that gift should be delivered with in a specific time, but they delivered after 3 hours and had to face a very embarrassed situation in front of guests.Did a repeated calls and sent emails to get an update but no response.

I would give no stars if possible. I was promised a delivery date of 8/17/16 and the rakhi was not delivered even at the end of 8/18/16. When contacted they can still not confirm when they can deliver the order. this order was to be delivered to a major city in Indian and they are unable to deliver even after a week of placing the order. the items are over priced as well compared to other websites. I would recommend never using them again.

I was a bit tensed as to whether the gift I chose for my grandmother from Gifts2Indiaonline.com will reach her just before her anniversary or not. But it did and wasn’t she glad. Great job.

Never thought it would be so easy shopping for Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Came across this great site named Gifts2indiaonline.com and ordered flowers, cakes and chocolates for her.

I would not recommend anyone to use this service. I sent fancy Rakhi box and sweets to my brother in India. The sweets were smelly and the Rakhi box was broken, when I made the complaint 3 days before Rakhi they promised to send another parcel which was never sent and now after one week they are asking to send the pictures of the broken box. I am trying to get the picture and will try to share so that people can see what they promise and what they deliver. Horrible service never use this service and waste your money.
