Really good customer service, Merula was fast and reponsive with setting up my internet connection. They were also helpful on guiding me to get set up with the router. Special thanks to Ciprian for always being on hand if I needed any help.

Great customer service from Chris from first contact to installation and follow up. Our broadband was up and running in under 24hrs. Simple install instructions with no configuration required.

From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the router have all be great complete turn around happened in three days ordered the router on a Saturday and by Tuesday it has already been delivered and installed. Installation of the router was quick and simple. Even if you’re not confident on setting up the handy email with the video attachment on how to install will help you out. I cannot fault them. So far I would recommend them on the customer service side of things.

What amazing service !! The customer care is most definitely at the heart of this company I have had issues with waiting for the internet but not down to them but every step of the way they have chased and kept me informed chip the guy who’s been helping me is amazing and I would definitely recommend him always goes the extra mile to help me where he can and I can’t thank him enough!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Extremely helpful, knowledgable staff and really fast service. Chip especially was really helpful when I phoned to set up my WiFi as I couldn’t figure it out. I had internet up and running within 24 hours! Would recommend :)

Amazing Customer Service from Merula . We decided to change our service provider after our existing one increased our monthly payments without advising us first . Decided to try Merula and after an online chat placed our order and thanks to Richard and Chris Bulow we were back up and running on our existing router in about 30 minutes . We also placed an order for a new mesh router which took a few days to arrive but Chris kept us updated via email until the new one arrived safely . Would thoroughly recommend Merula to anyone wishing to change their ISP . regards Mike D

Merula have been fantastic after last internet provider went bust. Cannot praise Richard and the team enough they were communicative,on the ball helpful and understanding from day one. We need more companies like this very pleased with them.

I have just joined Merula after my previous ISP were taken over by another company and came off the OFNL network. From the initial email to the switch over everything went very quickly and as smoothly as clockwork, I was even able to use my existing router. All emails were answered very quickly and I have every confidence in the Merula service going forward. Once my VOIP service contract ends with another provider in April I will be checking in with Merula to switch to theirs also.

Richard and the team at Merula have been brilliant! VERY responsive to emails even on weekends to help me get switched over from AirBB who went bust. technical support on hand 24/7 to help me keep my original setup due to some customizations to my home network. highly recommended

Had to switch due to my current provider not being able to provide the OFNL service any more What a breath of fresh air to have a provider that more or less immediately responds and sorts things out, unlike my previous provider, wish I had switched years ago

I've recently being dumped by existing broadband provider and within minutes I managed to transfer my contract over thanks to a very responsive team via email who sent me a code to use on their website. The next day my WiFi already existed and after 2 days an incredible operator who followed every step of the way via email (even by sending pics) helped me get connected. I pay less, I have better WiFi and customer service has been second to none.

I found them (Chris) in particular to be very easy to deal with and very personable, which is a refreshing change when dealing with customer services in these types of companies. They sorted my issue as a matter of priority and I am very happy with their level of service.

We have been using Merula for a couple of months now and have found them to be flawless. Our new house is connected via OFNL which doesn't have any of the 'usual suspect' ISPs, so I decided to give Merula a go due to a static IPv4 coming as standard (which most other ISPs seem to charge extra for) and working IPv6, and I'm glad I did. Responses to email enquiries are very quick and the people on the other end of them very knowledgeable. Absolutely no complaints here.

Fantastic and fast service. Had an issue in the beginning through my own fault but it was resolved miraculously and with a speed, that's what you like to see with a great broadband provider! Well done guys :)

I have been with Merula for 8 yrs or more now . I very rarely have any issues ,but whenever I do , the team reply to emails VERY quickly and go the extra mile to resolve . I usually deal with one or two people who see the problem through to resolution . This is great for me as I find internet issues very frustrating and dealing with other companies in the past has been a nightmare . My connection and speeds are very stable and overall the service I've received from Merula over the years has been second to none .
