This company is not Genuine. Any time they can cheat with you . if you are thinking to buy a plan for long duration. Be careful First month all go well . latter they change your fetchers without any information & if you do the complain they will do illogical argument with you . if any one require proof please tweet @Saikatjati i will show you proof.

My website was down more than it was up, they have about the slowest support I have ever seen.. I finally got fed up and a month before my plan renewed I switched webhosts and cancled my bronze plan with a support ticket which they responded was complete. Then they billed be like nothing happened. Now they flat out refuse to help me. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I have filed a charge back with paypal and a formal complaint with paypal for their fraudulent business and billing practices. If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!
