Have been with them for years and they are always able to solve issues I had with my wordpress websites. All their agents are also very efficient and prompt in servicing. Very reliable.

The service was good initially but recently i experienced alot of phishing attacks on my accounts to the point that Google marked my client's domains as dangerous. The support technicians lacked basic IT security knowledge. I however continued to use their reseller services until the day i found all my client's data had vanished and there was no way to get it back.

I told them to delete my account and cancel my orders. Week later I get charged 45 USD for the same order I told them to cancel. I go to livechat, they tell me to wait and open a ticket, waited 2+ hours now and still no response. The agent said 1-2 hours until I get response but that was clearly a lie.
