The support technicians lacked basic IT security knowledge. I however continued to use their reseller services until the day i found all my client's data had vanished and there was no way to get it back.

I go to livechat, they tell me to wait and open a ticket, waited 2+ hours now and still no response. The agent said 1-2 hours until I get response but that was clearly a lie.

It is the ideal web hosting for Wordpressers like me. They offer cheap web hosting and free domain names with packages. However, the customer service is not very helpful. I had an inquiry about my account and they were very slow, not offering any kind of useful assistance, only providing me with information that I already had. I would probably refer my friends to Webhostingworld.net because of its value and quality, and the customer service.
