Very happy with my installation, the team were great throughout. The design visit recommended something more suitable than I'd originally planned, and the team were patient in letting me choose the right materials. Installation was fast and clean. Would recommend!

Great service, although the initial consultation was a bit rushed the production stage and fitting stage were smooth and fast (got my waldrobe within a week) and I love my new waldrobe. Palak was very informative and lovely to work with.

My wife and I found Metro Wardrobes on the internet and went to the other side of London to visit their showroom. The initial impression was very positive so we requested a visit, and their sale representative Nassy came and discussed our needs in detail. As we were still in the process of finishing the refurbishment of our rooms we communicated with Nassy and she visited us two more times. She was very professional, patient and flexible and also came with a number of useful suggestions. We were so satisfied with communication with Nassy and the quality of their finished work that we placed another order for cupboards and drawers in the two loft rooms. Nassy supported us again with her professional advice and service and we were again very happy with the final result. We can fully recommend Metro Wardrobes and especially Nassy as their sales representative, both due to their communication and helpful advice, as well as the quality of finishing, where Nassy again helped with quick and very professional resolution of a few minor issues. Cannot recommend more.

I was delighted with my wardrobes installed in Summer 2021 - the materials were high quality and the design was lovely. A problem developed over the next year with the soft close drawers as they were against a very cold wall in the flat which made them become stiff. However, the company came and made some adjustments and now everything is working again perfectly. It is always good to have a company that looks after you for a long time after you have purchased their product. Thank you!

Metro wardrobes have been brilliant from beginning to end with great service and communication from design to installation. I was impressed by how fast once design freezes, the wardrobe is manufactured and installed and all of that at amazing prices. It is fantastic value for money. The installation team were real quick and the outcome is perfect. I love my new wardrobe!

Have worked multiple times with Palak and can’t not think about a better partner for any carpentry work in the house. She’s made sure that everything was exactly what I wanted in multiple occasions (wardrobe, understairs storage, kitchen) and each time has made all efforts to be very commercial and very communicating , whether for goor or less good news (eg delays). In any case, I kee going back to them and her.

Amazing service, from the beginning of the interaction - Palak arranged a free visit, was on the phone with me coordinating the wardrobe options for a long time and the 2 technicians that came to mount it did an amazing job. I left them to work on their own for a while as I needed to leave, and they were impeccable - would highly recommend them overall.

After several weeks of scribbling diagrams in a scrap book/ and researching (to death) which colour scheme I wanted. I contacted Metro to make an enquiry. I immediately liked their approach and transparency from the beginning. the team - Palak, Jinal and the Guvnor were very friendly and accommodating - I got the full tour! They sent Sameer to visit within the same week, who very patiently went through the options with me. And bam 2 weeks later it’s all done. I honestly could not be happier with master bedroom wardrobes. The team who attended the house were punctual, professional, polite, and worked tirelessly to complete. Thank you so Sumit and Sagar and the lads with them. Take it from someone who has a high attention to detail but unfortunately has also experienced several bodged home renovation jobs. It was a wonderful experience to design my 4 wardrobes with Palak(Metro wardrobe). They are expert in what they do. I got such lovely input from Palak and full flexibility while designing my wardrobe. I am very happy with my fitted wardrobes from Metro Wardrobes. From Nassy coming and taking measurements to providing images of units to installation the whole process was made simple. The installation was fast and the team kept me up dated with what was happening. The wardrobes are great quality. Couldn't be happier.

Start to finish in 48 working hours for a set of beautiful sliding doors! Absolutely brilliant turnaround times, and we're very happy with the quality of fixtures. We called Metro on Saturday evening, finalized measurements on Monday and they actually turned up to install on Tuesday.(We however had to send the doors back to trim for height, but they were back on Wednesday) That's crazy considering any other provider wanted 3 weeks to even come to "consult" first. Anyone else in London doing custom / made-to-measure wardrobes - take a leaf out of Metro's book and learn top class customer service.

I am delighted with our new wardrobes. The quality matches my expectations when I ordered them. The installation was done in less time than I was advised and the young fitters were very pleasant people, who worked very effectively and professionally. I chose Metro because they were highly recommended and I am glad that I used them. I now have quality solid backed 18mm units for approximately the same price as I would have paid for a frame showing the walls job.

There were three things I really liked about the service from metro: 1. The communication between the site visit and delivery. I was quite indecisive about which colour to have etc, but Metro stayed patient and showed me different options. 2. The delivery was very fast. Once I had decided the job was done within two weeks. 3. There was an issue with one door (it had some ingrown stains already) and Metro changed it within three days once I notified them. No questions asked. Apart from that, everyone from the people doing the site visit to the people making the job and the back office conversations in between, were really friendly. Very happy with the design of the wardrobes. Practical and modern making the best of a space around a disused chimney breast. Installation by Kinjal and his team was very good. Completed to a high standard in 2 days. Overall a very good product at a reasonable price.

top quality company. Super professional installers. I fitted my whole house using them including walk-in and utility. One of the items was faulty and they replaced it immediately. The quality of the wood really stands out. Customer service and communication is 5 star

Fantastic company. They built 5 new wardrobes for us a few years ago and came back to build some shelves for us recently. We are really happy with the quality of the wardrobes and shelves. They are very easy to deal with, good price and very friendly workmen that come to fit them. Highly recommend.
