Not only do Mr Jones Watches create some truly remarkable pieces, they also excel in the lost art of customer service. Absolutely flawless from start to finish. This isn’t just a company that claim to put the customer at the heart of what they do, they really stand by it and went above and beyond for me. I had a rather unique repair request, being that I had an older version of their Sun and Moon watch wherein the “night” portion had been printed in dark blue which made it quite hard to make out the scenery. I brought the watch into the Covent Garden store to see what could be done and was greeted with attentive customer service from the start. The watch was then sent off and I was originally told that unfortunately as the size of the new variant was slightly bigger, that they would not be able to replace the disc. However, several days later I received a follow up email to say that they had managed to arrange a one off reprint on the older size disc, especially to fulfil my request. Unlike many other watch makers, MJW do not charge extortionate repair costs and are up front from the beginning with how much it is likely to cost. This must have required more work than a “normal” repair yet the price was very very reasonable. I’m also pretty sure that they replaced the glass for me at no additional charge. Every single person I interacted with, both in store and via email, was genuinely invested in getting the best for me and kept me updated every step of the way. I bought a limited edition watch and there was a mistake with the serial number so they added a digit over the wrong digit, so it doesn't look good, seems like it's scratched and that really bothers me.

The website makes ordering super easy. The package arrived from the U.K. [to Seattle] in a few days, well ahead of other mail order items I had purchased online inside the U.S. on the same day. This is my second online order with Mr. Jones and now my go-to for unusual and practical gifts for those who "think they have everything"... but don't!

My experience with Mr. Jones has been phenomenal. I had got a watch ‘Promise of Happiness’ which due to some reason broke down and I had to send the watch back to London for repair to Mr. Jones from Toronto, Ontario. They reimbursed me for the courier charges but then the courier (Canada Post) never got the package across and ended up losing it. I wrote to Mr. Jones about the whole process and they ended up sending me a replacement watch. This has been a brilliant experience and hence my rating. I was initially having a thought of not buying watches from anywhere outside Canada because of service restrictions but now I have the confidence to buy from them. Thank you!

My second Mr Jones watch and my wife and I love them. We are very grateful for the quick and quality service you provided. We also made the pilgrimage to visit the shop in Covent Garden but unfortunately there was only a small amount of merchandise available.

Quirky design, very well assembled, and the small team are happy to discuss personal tweaks and offer recommendations, so customer service is on a level far above that which you'd get from a generic high street store. A small bugbear is there is no lume on the watch. It's not advertised as having any, but I just assumed it would be there if only on the pointy bits of the "hands" if nothing else! Recommended but with that one small gripe as a caveat.
