Mr. Jones Watches has been my go-to for watches since 2020 and since then I have collected 9 of their pieces. The pieces that they produce are incredibly creative, they're unique, and they're so much fun. They're art. They bring a ton of life to a tool that I am able to wear every day and it brings a ton of joy to me every time I look at them. The customer service that they provide is truly unmatched. The whole team put a lot of effort into making sure that I was supported and they did so with a large amount of care and consideration. The work that they do has earned a customer for life.

My son and I have bought quite a few watches each from Mr Jones Watches. Their customer service is second to none and their postage is fast too. If there have ever been any issues with a watch or strap, they have sorted it out straight away.

Been wearing one of their automatic watches for over a year now and it's held up. Only take it off to shower and sleep. Loses 1 star for being a little too fast. I find I'm correcting it every few days. Addendum: About a week after sending an email to the address provided I've got no response.

Another great unique, quirky watch from Mr Jones watches. Very well priced. Excellent customer service with super quick free delivery.

I recently bought a watch as a gift and while we were unlucky to receive one that stopped working a couple of weeks later. The MJW staff was always super helpful and committed to return our watch to us fixed asap. They also took care of all the expenses sending the watch back for fixing and then to us again, which as an international customer, is greatly appreciated.

I love this brand, all of them are so unique well manufactured, I just bought a limited edition (night howl) and I just simply love it! It’s my 5th one and I love every single one of them! I honestly can’t find any bad thing on this beautiful brand!

The watch (the Golden Hour) is a piece of art, the packaging (design, type layout) is spot on, the ease of ordering on line and quick delivery (to Canada) made Mr Jones Watches an enjoyable purchasing and watch wearing experience.

Despite my order having an added custom engraving, everything was done shockingly quick. I expected the order to maybe take a week to arrive considering where I’m from, but it arrived 2 days after ordering. Very impressed & appreciate the swiftness of the whole process!
