I had a few questions and these were answered quickly and followed up afterwards. I was a little concerned that I would not be able to return the watch as it was a gift and it was being changed (engraved and extra holes added to strap) but the returns process was explained and I was reassured. The watch arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. A very happy recipient!

Updating this after receiving my watch. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it was difficult to order and get this shipped, but the watch is very nice and I appreciate that things were eventually sorted out rather than not receiving it at all.

I can't fault their customer service. My order was delivered incredibly promptly, specially considering the time of year. I ordered a new strap and it only had one loop to tuck in the excess. I have a very thin wrist and needed 2 loop. One was sent by return of post (and no charge).
