Good communication and timely delivery. This company offers great, quirky watches that stand out in a crowded market. The initial purchase and communication was great. One star taken off because the package arrived a day or so later than promised, and I had to reach out to clarify delivery dates. That said, they also use a very efficient courier that gives you a 30 minute delivery window, a very good level of service.
