Really great service, Rob and the team did an excellent job of marketing the property, keeping me informed and advising me all the way through. Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

I can't recommend MyLondonHome enough & in particular Ozi who kept potential buyers coming through the door. I initially had the property on YOPA but not one single viewing but all that changed when Ozi got involved & after 6 months I completed my property sale. I seriously wouldn't bother with any other Agents if you want to sell.

Having never contacted this agency I then received multiple unsolicited letters from managing director Andrew Griffith to list with them. Complete disregard for regulations! Update They they respond with the below. Complete nonsense as property had only been listed 3 weeks! Received si. Ilar from other agents all from the same address so assume they employ a company to do this on their behalf.
