Fatma is currently managing two of my London properties. She's been very polite and responsive, and I feel, she is fair to both tenant and landlord. She has overseen quite a few tenancy changes. In between tenancies is practically when issues tend to surface, so yes, well done! I haven't met her in person, but she's been very effective and reliable over email. Arran from the Dockland office does all the viewings whenever there is a tenancy change. So far, so good! My voids have been kept to next to nothing! He's pretty hardworking with the viewings too. You won't find a perfect agent in London, but overall MyLondonHome's been pretty good :) Hence, we're still with them after 5 years!
