Rough Trax appear to have a superb range of accessories and parts for my beloved Hilux so I placed my first order with them a couple of days ago. Unfortunately the Fed-Ex driver couldn't find my house and reported an "undeliverable" address. (You'll see from my other reviews that this isn't the first time that Fed-Ex have caused me problems!). However, Julie from Rough Trax was straight on the case and liaised between Fed-Ex and myself and was able to get the driver to return quickly and deliver the goods. Amazing service for what was a fairly low value order from me. I will definitely be using Rough Trax again and can highly recommend them to all 4x4 owners. Update 19/7/24 ...... Just placed my second order with Rough Trax .... everything great from stock selection, price, quality and delivery. One feature I really find useful on the Rough Trax website is the "vehicle compatibility" element. Once you've put your vehicle details into the website, (which remembers your truck when you log back on) then every time you look at an item from the RT range, a note will flag at the top of the screen to confirm if the item you're looking at is compatible with your vehicle. This is great for a novice like me because historically, I've not always been 100% sure that I am actually ordering the correct part! I know quite a few websites offer a similar sort of "compatibility solution" but experience has taught me that they can be either vague or misleading. I absolutely trust the Rough Trax compatibility guide and so far it has proven to be perfect. Great job!!
