This is the first time using Rough Trax and I was completely satisfied with the whole service provided. Finding the correct parts using their website was very straightforward with their online checking system that the parts were correct for my vehicle. The pricing is certainly competitive and realistic. The delivery was a couple of days and reliable. A part was missing but that was dealt with efficiently and no quibbling being dispatched immediately. The parts themselves are of excellent quality and manufacturers original. Overall extremely satisfied and will use Rough Trax again when parts needed.
