I ordered supplements, which was an easy straight forward process, but after I completed the order, a message popped up thanking me for my order and if I could recommend a friend they would receive 20% discount off their 1st order. Why didn't I receive discount too as it was my 1st order? I was very disappointed as that does not seem to be fair. I called NHP for an explanation and although they were nice and polite the answer was that they cannot change the offers available but to look out for discounts on email/phone. I thought they may have honoured the discount...Surely the same discount should apply to all new customers if it is offered, like other websites do? Having said that, the webinars are excellent and very informative.
