Did not receive a confirmation email of my order and no order has being sent yet

Little confusing at check out

Ordering etc worked ok, but trying to pay by mastercard was terrible. I still dont know how my payment went thro and how many times!! I got no message confirming payment received.

I made a purchase online but never received a confirmation email, I looked in spam folder too and nothing. The order appears when I sign in online but there isn't any data on the progress of the order, it says 'complete' but I have no idea when it will arrive.

Reached out to customer service to resolve a concern with the capsules colour and taste change, response was good but waited for 2 days.

I have not received my items yet. I had a scribbled message on my door mat saying the parcel is under the black car. This is my neighbours car and her car was gone when I arrived home, so no box Jools

I have been taking NHP supplements for years and really find them good quality and beneficial. I often take advantage of the discounts available. I appreciate the way Dr Marilyn Glenville has done such full research and has shown responsibility in putting health warnings in place in her book. Last week I bought 2 Amino Support as I was wanting to lose weight. I have noted that there are no health warnings on the online supplement site, as there are in Dr Glenville’s book “Fat Around the Middle”. In my own personal experience I feel it would be beneficial to have these online too. I do appreciate that there is a note on the front of the bottle. It says ‘for best results’ and guides you to the book. I take responsibility for having only read the warning in the book after I had bought the supplement and had experienced adverse symptoms.
