I had an appointment for a health review during Covid lock down with a practitioner which was constructive and pleasant. The supplements prescribed have solved the issue tackled, which is marvelous and I feel more relaxed. However, what I was prescribed was collectively expensive for me. It would be nice to have the opportunity to discuss what was suggested also as the treatment suggested was after the appointment.. I decided I would not buy all at once all the treatments, taking the risk that not combining them all together was going to be OK! It was not possible to approach my practitioner with an email as the system took over some how. It is possible I did not ask the right questions during my appointment. Finally, ,just a suggestion, the bottles of 60 pills fill only part of a bottle and I wonder if you could buy say three months worth in one bottle filled to the top? Storage is one thing but recycling and price is another. I will return again for further advice. It is wonderful to be able to go to a place for women when you want to try and handle health issues more naturally. Thank you for your service.

I am pleased with the fast delivery and received them as promised And will be ordering them again if they work for me but found them and delivery charge quite high but as they came very highly recommended it was something I too needed to help me so if it works it definitely will be money worth spent

Listened to podcast about sleep. Marilyn had stated she would solve my sleep problems, some hope! A couple of pieces of helpful advice but most of it was common sense. Won't be booking any more podcasts. However I will be ordering some items that were mentioned to alleviate insomnia.

I have only just recently started taking NHP supplements, and the reason I have chosen them is that they just use natural ingredients, no additives or bulking agents, which I think is so important. The supplements I have chosen seem to provide the right balance of vitamins and minerals which is what what I was looking for as well.
