I have tried to benefit from the advertised 30% black Friday discount. Nowhere during the checkout process was I given the option to apply the discount and no code was provided. I have tried to call NHP this morning and await a response from my telephone voicemail message I left.

The poor rating I gave probably isn't fair in todays environment. I ordered the product on 9th October - today is 24th and it hasn't arrived. On one level I understand that Covid19 is a key player with this delay. The product is coming to Australia, so at least 2 postal services are involved, maybe more, and Aussie Post tells us that the volume of mail has increased out of all proportion. So on an intellectual note NHP cannot be blamed for this delay. However, on a selfish level I want to start my diet and want the supplements here to assist. Now on the second part of the review - I have used these supplements, Amino Support and Nutri Support, twice before and both time they, in conjunction with a not too strenuous diet, helped me loose up to 5kg both times. A not too strenuous diet for me is Wine only on the weekends, no carbs after lunchtime, more salads and fewer casseroles . Thank you for this product.

I have not received confirmation of purchase. I have received notice from PayPal that I placed the order but no confirmation that NHP has processed the order. PayPal states they will not charge until such order is processed. All rather confusing.

I made an order for my family as I was very happy with the service and product I ordered. But the order did not arrive so I left a message and sent an email to know what happened. 2 weeks later still no order or response to either my email or my phone message. I am very disappointed. What happened?
