United States | 25 August 2024I am highly disappointed because I went this route in order to get the gift card immediately. The information provided on the site stated that my recipient would receive the gift card within 15 minutes. After hours of not receiving, I attempted to call Giftcards.com and it was during that call that I was informed via automated message that if the gift card was purchased on a weekend, it would take up to 48 hours, which defeats the purpose of me going this route and selecting the option to be sent within 15 minutes. The gift card was intended to be given for an anniversary dinner on this very (weekend) day, Saturday. I will never purchase from GiftCards.com again.

I’ve ordered at least 4 cards in the past and never had issues until now …. UPDATE After speaking with a customer service representative, a replacement card was issued immediately and I am very pleased 😄

United States | 24 August 2024I have purchased gift cards through giftcards.com since 2018, and I am not a novice when it comes to computers. Two days ago, having chosen to use giftcards.com 'personalized Visa', adding a picture and choosing an enclosed card was fast and easy .. until now. After 6 attempts to place my chosen picture on the gift card, I gave up. It was difficult to place the picture where I wanted, and each time I had to go back, delete, and start again. Not worth the effort! But, today the site became more friendly, and once again there was an ease in completing my order with the picture placed correctly. What occurred I have no idea. That said, the new format for personalized Visa gift cards is different, and I do prefer the old format, but life goes on along with what sites believe betters their offerings.

United States | 24 August 2024When I ordered the gift card I asked that it be sent to an SMS number. The number was magically changed to a number I did not input. I thank God that giftcards.com was able to change the number and that the number it was originally sent to was not a working cell phone. Otherwise, someone could have used my colleague's gift card that was intended as a gift for his mom's passing.

United States | 23 August 2024The recipient never received the e-gift card. There was a text message sent with a link. Once the link was opened it required a phone number. Once the phone number was put in there was an invalid message that didn’t allow the recipient to go any further. The phone number to your help line is not helpful at all. It’s continues to circle around without any assistance and I had the call drop twice on me. Very dissatisfied. I will not be using your service again
