The gift card was not delivered and despite multiple attempts to reach the company (email, phone) there is no response or resolution.

Reply on this site stated I was emailed on September 2nd but did not respond. I did not receive such an email. I did however open a case through customer service September 9th and am awaiting results. Person I sent the card to was unable to activate it. The email that was sent with it did not provide a customer service number for him to call. I found the number and forwarded, however do not yet know the outcome of his efforts to activate the card.

I ordered 8 cards. 2 of the Christmas cards were wrong. One said wishing you Happiness, fun and safety in 2005. Of course it should say 2025. There was another one that said; wishing you Happiness, funan in 2025. should have said fun and.. I emailed giftcard.com and asked if it's possible to get two cards with the correct message on them. I haven't heard anything from them

It's been 36 hours, and the card is not working yet. Will never use this again. This is truly a horrible service. If you read this, find another website. 0 stars. I'm hoping this isn't a scam now. Update: The card did work. Apologies for my earlier review. It took a little time, but did work. I would use again, but factor in the longer than expected wait time.

They have a strong support team and processes for tickets, follow ups, re-opening issues, etc. No problem with their service, but I had a glitch with my cc, and it caused an order problem. But support got it straighted out, and I plan to keep using this solution.

Eight hours later. 4 phone calls later. Two hard to reach representatives later And I still do not have my E gift card that was supposed to be sent to my number. Simply put they basically stole $100 from me. They are claiming the egift card is in my message, but it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve had family friends and even ads text me since I ordered that card. So I know it’s not my phones problem. Because I’m clearly able to receive and messages. I’ve called this place 4 times. The automatic system and to get it in touch with the representative is next to impossible. But The first person I talk to literally sent me back to the automatic system. The second lady was able to provide me with my invoice and she said it’s on my number that was provided. She said she sent it again. To wait 15 to 30 minutes that was an hour ago. Lastly I spoke to the 4th person he seemed more helpful. Said my email was incorrect so he corrected that. But it wasn’t supposed to go to my email it was supposed to go to my messages. He said he will switch the method to deliver in email….still nothing. Basically, The day is over. I ordered all of this at 8ish AM Eastern standard time. It’s now I’m about to be 6:30pm. This is very disappointing and honestly, I don’t even know what to do. My friend says I should just blast y’all on my Quite popular SM Platforms for stealing my money. And doing very little to assist me in either a getting it back or be sending me what I am owed. For your terrible business habits. I’m so over this😑

Received a $50 virtual card from my office as a reward. Virtual cards cannot be used online. Total waste of time trying to get help with this. Do not Buy!! Total scam!

Only because I can't give you 0 stars. I purchased 5 gift cards for a work event but your system then prevented me from purchasing the last 2. You literally have no phone support and your chat support is worse than worthless, it's counterproductive. I used a different website 2 purchase my last 2 cards and will never use you again.

I appreciated the ability to customize the image on the card at no cost. I have two critiques: 1. I would like to have been able to order two cards and have them sent in a single envelope. As it was, I ended up paying for two envelopes even though the gift cards are going to one person. 2. It was not clear how the cards were going to be delivered, and the website kept changing the shipping address to match the billing address. This may have been an issue with my computer, but I am not sure.

It would be helpful if they specified that virtual Visa gift cards could only be used for online purchases. I purchased this for my son‘s vacation to use at restaurants and gift, shops, etc. But it cannot be used any of those. Only online. Waste of money. When I chatted with customer service, they were zero help. Kind of just like oh well too bad.

Giftcards.com is a scam, do not give them your money! If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. My mother purchased a custom gift card from giftcards.com as a birthday present to my daughter. Unfortunately, whenever we attempt to activate the card, we receive an error message stating that the card does not exist. When we attempt to call customer service, we go through the prompts and we just end up getting an error message stating that they are having technical difficulties. The card looks sketchy and does not have a legitimate Visa logo. What a SCAM!!!! Aside from the fact that my daughter was disappointed, they ripped my elderly mother off. She doesn't live close and isn't able to get out much so this seemed like an easy option for her to send a personalized gift strait from the company. Since this is clearly a SCAM website, we will be reporting it as a fraudulent charge to receive a chargeback return. I decided to look up reviews of giftcards.com and it looks like a pretty shady business based on all the terrible reviews and bad experiences I read about. I read about SCAM after SCAM or terrible customer service, giving people the run around and no resolution. Most people ended up having to just report the transaction to their cc company to get a chargeback issued. The very few good reviews they have are obviously FAKE and you can tell that their responses to the reviews are either AI/Bot generated. I'm honestly concerned this company now has my mother's information, my daughter's name, address and my phone number. Please do not give giftcards.com your money and let folks know not to trust this FRAUDULENT website. Thanks for listening to my TED Talk.
