I have bought three bidet toilet seats from Washloo over the past three years. One was for a house we have now sold. The other two were for our present home. I shall soon be buying a fourth for a shower room upgrade for a family member. Washloo are good to deal with and delivery is prompt and easy. There is an issue with the hot air facility on one of the seats. Washloo have advised me this will be easily fixed by me and they will guide me through the process.

Delivered by next day. Easy to fit but needed a plumber and an electrician to join up. Now all of us have clean nether ends and showing a sharp reduction in loo roll use!!!!!!

The Customer service team were so helpful in advising on types of toilet and also made the Vat exemption for disability so easy. The toilet arrived very quickly on a pallet. It was very well packaged and the plumber found it easy to install.It works very well. Highly recommended.

We’ve had our washloo for 2 years now and love it. Unfortunately one of the flaps that cover the nozzles broke (my fault entirely) and got flushed down the pan. I contacted Washloo to see if I could get a spare part and they replied within a day and said it was no problem. Wonderful!
