Arrived well packaged on a pallet and earlier than expected. Karen was very helpful when I placed the order. The plumbers found the installation instructions very clear and concise. We’re really pleased with the Washloo, just what my disabled husband needed to help keep his independence.

Fairly easy to fit although not sure about having a 13 amp 3 pin plug on the supply of power to the Washloo since it’s unlikely there would be a matching socket in a bathroom. Been using for some weeks now and happy with it - my wife too. It’s easy enough to use and you can choose how hot the wash and dry temperatures are.

After recommendation from an aquaintance, we bought two of these units, one for upstairs and one down. They have lived up to all expectation , perfoming exactly as advertised and have made life so much easier for my invalid husband and myself. I have in my turn recommended them to others without any reservation and several have expressed surprise at the very reasonable cost. Great product and service. Item arrived within time specified, clear fitting instructions for DIY and works well. I had to create an adapter to cope with the peculiarities of my non-standard cold water input which took a bit of thinking about but wasn't a problem. If planning a DIY install I would recommend you check yours before starting! Plumbers will have no problems.

Great product although had to do a bit of plumbing to gets main pressure to the bathroom. Well worth the relatively small outlay.

I love this! Great service from Washloo. I had a couple of technical questions before I purchased it, they were answered promptly and followed up with an email. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and now for the product… I love it! First the look of it. It’s very sleek, looks modern, I’ve had my whole bathroom re done and it slots in perfectly. The plumber had no issues fitting it. You have different options on the handset, temperature settings etc, but it’s very easy to use. Once tried, you can never go back. It’s a truly marvellous bit of kit.

Great service and supply. Washloo is a fab product and much more affordable than the Geberit option.
