This company should been liquidated. They collect money and do nothing. The reviews here mainly relate to making a successful payment transaction to buy an insurance policy. My review is about making an insurance claim. - Travel insurance policies are managed by CSA Ltd. and the telephone number registered is 01702 553443 which is no longer in service. - If you make a claim a default email comes back saying they will respond within 6 weeks. Best of luck to those who decide to wait in hope and think they will contact them within 6 weeks. - Company House shows key directors have resigned.
