Unable to make contact support by chat, phone and they just leave your social media messages on read most of which puts a downer on what is a system that works well its just lacking support! I wish someone would just get in touch!

Her fra 3 måned siden valgte vi Simply-CRM, som vores nye CRM, Ticket, marketing system. Vi have indledningsvis haft DEMO og flere samtaler med Simplet-CRM før valget blev truffet. Alt kunne lade sig gøre... Ved Simply-CRM kommer man hurtigt i gang og deres oftest hurtige kunde support var behjælpelige, med spørgsmål og opsætning. Som navnet også indiker er det et "Simply" system... CRM delen virker som den skal. Ticket er meget mangelfuldt når man sammenligner med andre systemer. * Templets svar er ikke muligt. * Igen mulighed for forskellige signaturer * Meget svært at opsætte Efter næsten 2 måneder opgav vi med at få det til at virke 100% korrekt... Kundeportal er helt ny, og funger ikke. Har så mange mangler. Eksempel kunne kunder ikke se alt kommunikation i Tickets: Der er fejl på tilladelser indstillinger for gæster mm. Marketing skal man benyttet et eksternt system. Her forslog de MailChimp. Ikke meget hjælp at hente fra deres support team omkring integrationen, som er så mangelfuld og fyldt med fejl. Fik det aldrig til at virke korrekt. På de 2 måneder vi noget at være kunde hos dem, fandt vi over 20 fejl, som alle er meldt. Nogen små og andre store. Så lad være med at bind jer, før man er sikker på at deres system lever op til enes krav. For de vil ikke lave en aftale omkring udtrædelse før tid, selvom de ikke kan holde alt hvad de lover, og deres produkt er fyldt med fejl.

Produktet er stadig fint. Men prisen står ikke længere mål med produktet og meget irriterende, at Simpy.com nu har hævet prisen drastisk indenfor et par år, med ganske kort varsel.
