It was a great experience working with Team Simply's CRM tool. The pricing option is great, and competitive. You will get every single premium feature which is provided by other vendors. The simplicity of operations as well as support team are just amazing. New form creation without having any core technical skill along with other project management tasks such as team interaction, clientele meetings and more etc make it a cool online crm software.

Simply is a nice move to manage your business processes pretty easily. Our goal was to make things simple throughout the business communication and it has delivered more than that. We have used Simply in our client connection, creating email marketing and web forms to integrate them within the third party software systems. We've incorporated Mailchimp, Google APIs, Chatbot features to automate the marketing strategies. In all, we found this Simply CRM very helpful. We recommend it to all who need an honest client resource manager.

All the features that have been used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Simply a month back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

We are an SMB business to business company and this suits our needs very well. The CRM features allow for tracking customer data easily and we are able to trace the business inflow via spending and generating the outcome as an ROI. The visuals statistics are very much helpful to us in budgeting and spending etc so in all it works good. The front user interface is super easy to understand, there are great features, like creating web forms and workflow automations, and the price is not as high as other CRMs. In all, they are offering all premium features for a very competitive pricing options.

We started Simply as a free and basic user, played with the features on one of our dummy contact databases. Our Podcast creators and other team members have been using this since last 6+ months. This CRM is a great product with a never ending list of features. It’s affordable and up to the industry standard. If your company uses it, it will definitely be not losing interest in it by any way. The reasons are obvious as it offers all premium features in just one pack. You can do a lot with Simply and can make things smooth and streamlined. It’s relatively easy to use with great functionalities. As far as the platforms are concerned, we wish to have a complete access over it via android and iOS apps soon.

Tried Simply for 1 month as a free trial and then signed up for a premium account. I am very impressed with the features and support. Very handy and useful. Particularly when you want to focus on what you want to achieve with. I have opted it for my business processes and specifically for vendor list management. So far it’s pretty simple, customizable and of course all in one. I am not sure if they have sales automation enabled within but have to access it to get more familiar.

I have been using Simply CRM for more than 6 months and it’s one of the better purchases I’ve done for my business. You can manage your customers here easily including but not limited to sales teams, marketing teams, and administrators + more. Simply is just making things doable and reducing the hard work and hence the manual stress and feeding the data.

Virkelig godt produkt og meget gedigen virksomhed. Man skal være indstillet på at bruge tid på at sætte systemet op, men det kan alt man kan ønske sig af et CRM-system. Der er sågar også mulighed for lagerstyring og Projektstyring, hvilket jeg indtil videre har ladet ligge. Servicen er i top. Et kæmpe plus i min optik er, at simply-crm selv skriver og læser mails og altså ikke basere sig på Exchange el.lign. hvilket er et problem for små virksomheder som min. Kundeservicen er langt over hvad man kan forvente :-)
