We ordered the chair and it arrived exactly when they stated. This is the 3rd chair that we have ordered from here, the chair is of good quality and we will definitely order from here again.

I recently purchased a nursery table and chairs from Office Boffins. They weren’t cheap (I spent £520 in total), but the range online was great and the delivery timescales broadly accurate. Unfortunately, the tabletop was damaged in transit and although Office Boffins customer service was responsive, I wouldn’t order from them again given the inconvenience caused. I was given two options on reporting the damaged tabletop: a discount (the amount of which was not confirmed), or a replacement tabletop, provided I repacked the original for the manufacturer to take away. I only discovered the damage after spending some time unpacking and assembling the table, and repacking the table would have been challenging and time consuming. The last option offered to me was a replacement tabletop and for me to dispose of the damaged one myself, which I elected for - despite the fact that it is not easy to dispose of large furniture, nor is it environmental. My expectation in this circumstance would have been either a refund or a replacement product, without the hassle of having to dissemble and repack the goods that were damaged in transit. As a result, I wouldn’t purchase from Office Boffins again.

I’ve already bought the chair - why continue sending these messages? Reply, 11/02: I’ve now deleted all 33 cookies you placed on my computer. It would be great if there was a solution where sellers are notified once a purchase is made, so tracking cookies could be deactivated automatically. It's a bit of a hassle to go into settings and search for the specific cookies.
