The order took over a week to arrive but it was well packaged. I emailed the company as requested to let them know that I was returning the item but heard nothing back. After 10 days I phoned to ask what was happening and a very helpful gentleman processed my refund having explained that a member of staff had been away. The speed and efficiency I was expecting was unfortunately lacking.

Helpful service especially when a light shade did not fit

I ordered 2 packs of the Pewter flower door knobs and two packs of the sprung fittings. Delivery was extremely quick and the handles are absolutely gorgeous. Exactly what I was looking for.
