Bought the galvanised postbox. It’s fairly stark looking but suited our purpose as we want to paint it to coordinate with the gate. Unfortunately the screws provided to fix it to the wall were too short so my husband had to source some long enough to do the job. The box could do with a stabilising buffer/rubber/something at the bottom as it rocks when the lid is lifted. We’re planning to put a rubber door stop or 2 behind it. There was a minor issue with the keys and keyhole being a bit stiff to start with but this has been eased with a little oil and a twiddle of the lock.

After an initial disappointment of item actually being out of stock, Grace & Glory turned it around very quickly, considering the times we are in at the moment. Felt the customer care was personal and not generic. On receipt of product there was a bolt missing, I contacted them saying there wasn't any rush as I had temporarily used and alternative fixing but they proceeded with the replacement very quickly.
