Avoid this company as the sofas are absolutely shockingly made and not as seen in the photos! If you check compannies House they dissolved the company last month… Check their history. They ignore all emails and despite requests to have call backs, no one calls. I am contacting the police to investigate also. Something very off with the whole setup. £899.00 totally wasted… Go to a store where you know what you’re getting!!

I was genuinely worried that I had bought an expensive item online without seeing. I also saw negative reviews which didn't help. However I was pleasantly suprised with the delivery and I love my sofa bed. The drivers unwrapped a section and encouraged me to sit on it and check I liked the colour. I don't like those sofas that sink in when you sit on them and whilst this one is more firm, it is still comfy. The bed option works well. The guys showed me how to open out and close. In all, I am happy.

Avoid this company. After 6 full weeks of waiting for my refund, I have finally received it. This is only because I had asked debt collection agency to step into this case! I have received an email from Sofa Bargain saying that my refund was NOT processed due to an internal technical issue! What a b....t! Be careful, do not buy from them because if something goes wrong you will have to be waiting on your refund for weeks or months!

The sofa was delivered and built very quickly and professionally. Well done guys! The quality of the sofa is excellent! It is very convenient for daily use and very easy to fold into a large bed. I am very satisfied with the quality, design and price of my sofa. Many thanks to the company for the quality of the sofa and for the excellent delivery service. horrible. The colour and the material was completely wrong and they haven’t even have the density to reply my messages and phone calls I’ve made for the complaints. They just want money and not having a good customer service at all.

My sofa was delivered in perfect condition on 29/01/2025 and remains in perfect condition. Kuba and Pawel were excellent in delivering the sofa. They were mindful or doors and paint work. They were quick to install and personally I had no concerns. They showed me how to pull out the sofa bed, how to pull up the chaise. I was advised I would need to keep the rubbish as they wouldn’t be able to take it with them which I was personally fine with (I went to my local waste to dispose of the rubbish), but they asked if I needed help to put the rubbish in the bin. The sofa itself that I purchased (Ethan Corner Sofa) is wonderful. It’s firm but comfortable and I prefer the firmness as I can imagine overtime this will wear out. The communication from Sofa Bargain was exceptional and the sofa was delivered in the promised timeframe. They were also helpful in making an amendment the following day of the order purchase at no extra charge (I accidentally requested for a right hand corner sofa). Mindful to other people reading this review, the team were helpful and did not apply a charge as production for the sofa had not began, I read the terms and it clear that there is a charge especially if the production has already commenced, which to me makes sense). Everyone’s experience will be different based on the usage of their sofa. As for me, I love the sofa, I get a lot of compliments when people come to my home and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase (I am yet to use my sofa bed but the function is working as it should) and the storage on the chaise is wonderful. I bought the sofa in April 2024 and it started making noise. The protrusion on the back of the sofa is very disturbing. It is very difficult to use without a pillow.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. My client paid £899.00 for an easy clean sofa bed. It’s not the sofa he thought, the fabric is poor quality, baggy and a load of cheap tat! The poor client has a learning disability and did not see the sagging material. This is a disgraceful company who should be put out of business! I’ll be speaking to trading standards.

For over a month no one reply for my warranty claim. Sofa after 3 months of use is extremely uncomfortable. I tried to contact sofa bargains over what’s app, email and phone call. NO ONE ANSWERED.

All smoke and mirrors. On first look i was happy with sofa bed. One week after delivery, it creaks, it's so uncomfortable. It's hard to sit on, the sofa bed area does not line up with the sofa. The mechanism is clumsy, the arm is loose, rocks back and forth. The fabric described as 'velvet' is cheap peachy fabric at best. The chemical smell from it took a week to clear having to keep my windows open constantly. Trust pilot default sets reviews to most relevant instead of most recent. The most recent reviews speak volumes. Definitely not a bargain sofa bed. Attempting to get it collected and money back in full. I would like to attach photos but this doesn't give me the option to do so. Clearly they don't have the decency to respond to feedback or reply to emails. I paid through Klarna so they have informed me that they can take the lead on this matter now.
