The Sofa was a great buy but we had issues with the back rest as it was too low. Every other thing was okay except for the back rest. Overall it was very good and would recommend it to a friend.

Good fast efficient delivery. Peter and David was quick and got the sofa put together in no time 5 stars for them. However the customer service on chat box weren’t so great. Was told the sofa was going to be delivered between a certain date and wasn’t. Got in contact with customer service as was told they can not give me an update as to when the sofa was going to be delivered and stop replying. Not every assured as they always say ‘rest assured’ if they can’t tell you anything about the sofa. Other than that lovely sofa and pleased. Could definitely see why people feel like they’ve been scammed.

Writing this at 1am as woke up on the day of my birthday in panic realising this could be a scam. I spent months looking for my first sofa and couldn't afford one for £2000. I found this company and the exact one I wanted and was so happy. I paid for it via Klarna even though I was worried I committed to my first big purchase. I had been on trust pilot, Christmas 2024, and saw great 4+ reviews. At first I received an email and when I was anxious I contacted the company via email and chatbot. Both gave a tracking number and said up to 6 weeks and I was fine. It's been over six weeks and nothing. Ive emailed and now waiting and saw another review page now pop up on trust pilot for the same company except all the reviews are from the past month and saying they've really struggled to get the sofa or a refund. I am now really panicking so writing this as it looks like the company do respond on here.

Sofa Delivery was great, on time and went smoothly. The sofa has been in for a couple weeks or so and my parents love it! They had Chris and Jacob as their delivery drivers who were great and bought a nice smile to everyone's face!

Most of the 5* reviews on here are fake if not all. Do you really think all these people knew names of both the delivery drivers??? The company is a scam, take your money & do not deliver, stay well clear. And people please as there Facebook page, they may be able to delete their comment but look at all the angry emojis left behind which they can’t remove. Aswell as the shocking pictures of the actual sofas the customers received, nothing like there pictures!!

Peter and David did a great job installing the sofa and also removed the sofa wrapping. The black Dover corner sofa bed is quite firm. We got the normal fabric. I wish I got the easy clean fabric as it will have a lot of things sticking to it. The experience with Sofabargains was not the greatest as I had to keep chasing for updates. Let’s hope the sofa lasts. But we will see!
