The customer support experience is very very bad. Unable to satisfy the client they don't have a support team

They are fraud. Don't buy their service and never share any credit card details with them

HostNext fraudulently sent me bills knowing fully well that they do not supply me any services and it ISS completely separate company who is managing my domain name and site hosting. They then kept on sending reminders and then threats that I might lose my domain name etc if I don't pay up. I then paid, only to find out that my website has stopped working still after paying (it is still down). Turns out that the actual company who was managing my hosting (hoster.pk) has not received my payment hence the website isn't working. It was then, that I don't it that I was a victim of fraud by hosternext After running around for 3 days, between them and hoster.pk now Hostnext is saying that they will take 4 weeks to refund the money they took in an instant by fraud. I would strongly suggest to stay away from this type of company completely. Dishonest people trying to earn money and bad repute by fraud. Very disappointed. So much that even if they offered me free hosting I would still not accept because they will still do fraud in another way. I got a very negative impression of this company and am unable to trust them at all.

No cooperation was extended while making payment of renewal as i was travelling and requested to make payment after one day.

Overall Services are better than most webhosting companies in pakistan...

Great Service

I've tried many hostings for my clients of all types, a few years back I tried HosterPK which was great at that time. Fast Forward to a few months back, HosterPK is now have split into two companies, HosterPK PVT and Hostnext Technologies one of my clients had two hostings in one account and what they did is, transfer one to Hostnext and the other one stays at HosterPK which is not acceptable because the client will have to manage both of them from different accounts and reach out to different support every time. Now at first, I saw both of my clients hosting in both of those companies' dashboards and the Hostnext, and after some tests, I thought that both of my hostings are with Hostnext because they also issued me an invoice of my hostings, and then I paid them and found that this was just a scam and my hosting I paid for is hosting with HosterPK and I had to pay them too to keep my website alive. Now it has been almost a month and Hostnext is not properly replying to my tickets and not even refunding me. I've tried contacting Live Chat and Phone Support and they told me that this is not their department so you can only reply to tickets to get a response, Despite asking a lot for tickets I was just told to wait. This is insane. I will not recommend anyone to use HostNext or HosterPK entirely. They scammed me by issuing a fake invoice and then not refunding me.

From few days i required the help regarding my cpanel. I many time email and through chat and call.. extremely bad service. my hosting was register with hosterpk but after separation i dont know why they are managing my hosting. extremely worst company. i just want some how my service get active and i will make backup and move other hosting
