extremely bad service server is down never ever think to be again a customer of them

From last 3 days my website is down and no reply from their side.. extremely bad service. my hosting was register with hosterpk but after separation i dont know why they are managing my hosting. extremely worst company. i just want some how my service get active and i will make backup and move other hosting

Really unprofessional behavior. If you are serious about your business, then keep your domains and hosting away from these people. I had a few domains with them and it was a shock for me when I realized that my domains nameservers were changed without my consent and even I was not able to change it as their system wasn't working. I chatted online with them and refused that it was their error, even they didn't provide any logs details. Upon opening the ticket, the bot replied and then waited for hours and hours just to get their response. The live support chat went offline, and upon calling, they refused to attend my call. Really lost lots of rankings and business. I would appeal to not use their services. Thank you

Superb web hosting provider in Pakistan. 10/10 response time and very professional and kind team. Recommendation by me 100%. I have one hosting with hosterpk aswell. they don't pick ur call or reply in ticket.

To be Honest, I will highly Recommend their service to all People... Really, They helped me tons of time that too on time & never make me so much wait. I have an experienced with most international services provider as well but they are always seems better than the others one so far....
