Excellent service

The product ordered was perfect and I have no issues with that. My issue this particular order was that a pallet of 30 bags of Wood Pellets was delivered on a truck that couldn't fit in a residential drive way and it didn't provide a forklift or trolley to move the pallet. My order was dropped at my gate by the crane hook, when it needed to be 80m away up by my shed. I then had to rush to get them all moved as it was due to rain and the product would have been destroyed. This was my 3rd time to order from TJ OMahoney. The first time they were delivered by van and the 2nd time by the same truck but that had a forklift available. I emailed the company on the same day regarding it but I didn't get a response.

The staff went that extra mile to help resolve a delivery problem that my contractor created. It was very much appreciated.

Delivery was a shambles TBH. Was told delivery would come on a specific day, took the day off work and nothing came. The person I was in contact with up until that point went curiously silent on the day in question. Called the office in the late afternoon (second time that day) and said I could absolutely not take delivery the next day, and asked could it be done THURS/FRI of that week. She said no problem, dispatch would be on to me in the morning. As I was leaving my house the next morning, delivery driver calls and says he's there with the delivery. I put my business on hold (again) and take the delivery in. I mean it's not a rocket launch lads - better comms between yourselves would do you the world a good. I've worked in the courier business and placating the client was always the #1 thing. Evident that you don't give two hoots. Would never use you again.
